When you first enter the Temple of Silban, you will be asked to deliver a message to the Franklin. The Franklin will be found in a House North-West of Eggley (see), and he will reward you. If you perform this Quest, a new Quest will become possible:

Go to Eggley, talk to Devon. Now go back to the Temple of Silban. The Priestess now wants you to locate the Collector. He will be found in Tanneurs (see). Afterwards you can return and fetch your reward from the Priestess of Silban: Each Character will receive Restoratives [24] and Herbal Pack [8].
