EGGLEY
When you first visit the Stranger Tavern in Eggley, you will meet Devon.
He will tell you the reason why all the inhabitants have fled the town. He will also tell you about the Collector. After you've heard about the Collector you can go to the Temple of Silban, and accept a Quest to find him, but only if you've first brought a message to the Franklin (see Silban). The Collector will be found in Tanneurs (see).
After you've picked up your reward from the Priestess of Silban, you can go back to Eggley. The inhabitants are now all at the Tavern, and this is now a "real" Tavern, where you can eat, drink and bard. And sleep cheaply, too!

If you've talked to Isaac (see Hawk's Hollow) about Devon, Devon's "POKIIR" keyword will be turned on. This will turn on the "A GAME" keyword. You can now play Pokiir with Devon, or decline. As soon as you decline, a new keyword "SELF-DEFENSE" will be offered ! Devon can raise your Characters' Defense Skill by 10 points (15 points if Selected only), if you agree to his fee of 80 Gold Sovereigns. [Thanks to Sergey Sarnavskiy for helping me realize this.]

In Eggley, you will also find Stellan's House. This can only be opened with Nivek's Key, found on a corpse lying in the middle of the crossroads North of Krondor in Chapter 6. In this house you will find the MAP needed in order to enter Sarth in Chapter 6.
