THE GREEN NUMBERS
Here's an example (Medium Crossbow):

Enemies: 85 - Caches: 35 - Shops: 4
This means that 85 Enemies carry this type of Crossbow,
it can be found in 35 Caches, and 4 Shops have it for sale.
It should be noted that in this unique case the shops that sell
this type of Crossbow will not offer it prior to Chapter 3.

70 - 6
These two numbers are derived from the game's data files, and are believed to be related to the dulling of Crossbows. The first number (30-100) and the second number (4-9) probably indicate the likelihood of a Crossbow being dulled, and the rate of dulling (by no means verified). High numbers seem to indicate rapid dulling. In the case of Swords and Armor a third number almost certainly indicates the lowest percentage reachable. Not so with Crossbows. The breaking point of a Crossbow is not fixed - however, tests have established that the lower a Crossbow's percentage, the likelier it is to break. Generally it may be taken as certain that a Crossbow which has reached 40% or lower is extremely likely to break in most, if not all, cases.
