THOUGHTS LIKE CLOUDS confuses Enemy Spellcasters, who will be unable to cast spells for a number of Rounds equal to half the Cost. The Enemy will still be able to move freely, and attack physically.

Example: Cast THOUGHTS at a Moredhel Spellcaster at the Minimum Cost (10). The Enemy will be unable to Cast a Spell for 5 Rounds. He will, however, freely move and attack you with his Sword.

It should be noted that only 8 types of Enemies count as Spellcasters. They are listed below, and any abnormal reactions to THOUGHTS are noted:
