NACRE CICATRIX enables the Caster to sense any Magical Items/Objects in the neighbourhood. It will locate any type of vessel containing such an item, and any Magical Object such as Rift Machine, Riftworld Columns, etc.

Apart from the obvious, please note:

RESTORATIVES are Magical Items, and thus the Spell will also search BUSHES. ENCHANTED QUARRELS are Magical Items. RAW MANNA is Magical, which makes this the only Spell useful for locating it in Timirianya. This Spell (unlike Eyes of Ishap) will also search Graves.
