Any abbreviations used should be obvious.
The Price/Availability data for Spells (Magical Scrolls) is not as complex as for most other Items. Only FIVE Shops Sell/Buy Spells, and the Basic Price equals the Sell Price in all cases. Thus, there's a fixed rate for all spells, and no Haggling is allowed - meaning that the Sell Factor and the Maximum Discount do not enter the equation. The BUY Factor does, though.
