NOTE ON SPELLCASTERS: Only 8 types of Enemies count as Spellcasters: Highland Ogres, Moredhel Spellcasters, Pantathians, Rogue Mages, Tsurani Spellweavers, Witch Hags, Nago, and Makala. They will usually hold anything from two to six Spells from the following list of twelve:DESPAIR THY EYES
FETTERS OF RIME
FLAMECAST
GIFT OF SUNG
GRIEF OF 1000 NIGHTS
HOCHO'S HAVEN
MIND MELT
SKIN OF THE DRAGON
SKYFIRE
STRENGTH DRAIN
THOUGHTS LIKE CLOUDS
UNFORTUNATE FLUXNo Rogue Mage has Mind Melt. No Tsurani Spellweaver has Gift of Sung, Despair Thy Eyes, Thoughts Like Clouds, or Hocho's Haven. Nago has Skyfire, Strength Drain, Flamecast, Mind Melt, Fetters of Rime, and Hocho's Haven. Makala only has Grief of 1000 Nights, Flamecast, Mind Melt, and Unfortunate Flux.
One Spellcaster in the game actually has MIRRORWALL, but I've never seen him use it (and doubt that he ever will).
The effects of these Spellcasters' Spells on the Characters have not been systematically researched (yet). Some other Enemies have various other types of Magical Attack, seemingly unrelated to any "known" Spells (Wyverns, Dreads, Brak Nurr, etc.). The mechanisms involved still need to be researched and tested.
