FETTERS OF RIME projects a Ball of Ice. The effect is twofold: The Spell causes Damage, and freezes the Enemy for a number of Rounds. It should be noted that the Ball of Ice will melt, if it hits a Trap Pole Current.Example: Cast FETTERS at Maximum Cost (20) at a Moredhel Warrior. It will cause 40 points of Damage, and freeze him for 20 Rounds.
Many Enemies are partially or completely immune to the Damage, while others suffer extra Damage. The Freeze Duration differs from the norm in two cases only. See below table :
