DRAGON'S BREATH calls forth a thick fog in the area, making it easier to avoid combats. Direct Combats will thus be turned into ambushes, allowing you to use your Stealth skill to sneak past. In ambushes you will have twice the normal chance to slip by.

Example: Cast BREATH at the Maximum Cost (15), as soon as you spot the enemy. Fog will last for 2 hours 30 minutes, i.e. 15 * 10 minutes. Now your Stealth Skill will determine whether the Enemy will spot you through the fog. [No Enemy is "immune" - this can even be done with Makala, if Stealth is high enough!]

NOTE ON THE PASSING OF TIME: Game time is measured in Steps. Above Ground a Large Step is equivalent to 4 minutes, a Medium Step is equivalent to 2 minutes, a Small Step equivalent to 1 minute. Time passes differently in Dungeons: here a Large Step is equivalent to 1 minute, a Medium Step takes 1/2 a minute, a Small Step 1/4 of a minute.
