HIGHCASTLE

Talk to Baron Kevin. He will want you to locate inforamation regarding the recent Goblin attacks. Combat #03 will now be activated. Kill the Goblins, and bring Kevin the Spynote found on one of the bodies. Your reward will be 200 Gold Sovereigns.

If you click on the "sunset" hot-spot you will automatically make the journey to Highcastle Gorge (Cutter's Gap). This will take 6 days, so don't do it unless you have lots of Rations and/or a very good reason for doing so (which is unlikely).

 

TRAP
Push the Middle Transparent Crystal in front of the Rightmost Blaster. This will take care of the Green Pole current. Then push the Left Transparent Crystal in front of the Middle Blaster, deactivating the Red Pole Current. The way out is now clear, unless you make a stupid move.
 

SARA HALFGATE'S HOUSE
Sara, one of the five Halfgate sisters, lives here. She will not be here in Chapter 1, but in Chapters 2 and 3 you'll find her here, if you've been to the Temple of Dala and activated the Grain Quest. If you have the Leather Leggings (obtained from Gena and Andrea Halfgate, west of Wolfram), she will give you the Bag of Grain needed to solve the Grain Quest. If you bring this to the Dala priestess, you will be rewarded.
